Returns and Exchanges

  • Right to retract

In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days (from the date of receipt) to request an exchange or refund of the order (excluding custom-made products) and return the products without justification. Return costs will be borne by the customer.

The return package must contain:

  • The product returned intact and complete (unworn, unused and in its original packaging, intact blister)
  • The order invoice
  • Indicate whether you want a credit note or a refund on the invoice

The SOEURS esoteric shop reserves the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met.

All products supplied by SOEURS benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code allowing you to return defective items.

Furthermore, it is important to note that natural stones are by definition unique and may differ from the photo.

You can request your return label. Please note, in the event of misuse of a prepaid return label, SOEURS reserves the right to reduce the amount of the credit note or refund a lump sum of €4.90 corresponding to the return costs it would have had to pay.
