Shipping Policy

ARTICLE 1 – DELIVERY
1.1 Scope of delivery : NOCTIS delivers in mainland France to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering on the website. As part of home delivery in Metropolitan France via La Poste, the package will be sent via the Colissimo service delivered without signature. In case of absence, La Poste is authorized to leave the package in the recipient's mailbox or to leave a delivery notice. The customer will then have 15 days to withdraw his package from the post office mentioned on the notice. If the package is returned to NOCTIS, the new delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.

1.2 Delivery times: The usual order processing time is 7 to 15 days. La Poste's delivery times are generally 2 working days for metropolitan France.

1.3 Delivery costs in Metropolitan France: A contribution to the shipping costs of 6.90 euros to 7.90 euros including tax is requested for home delivery.

1.4 In the event of late delivery of the order : in this case, the Customer must report this delay to NOCTIS , with customer service, by sending an email to: contact@noctiscandlecompany.com

1.5 In case of address error : the order is delivered to the delivery address indicated by the buyer. The information stated and recorded during the order commits the buyer. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, NOCTIS would be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product(s) following this error. Also in this case, NOCTIS cannot make a second delivery. The price of the order will then be refunded to you, excluding delivery costs, after receipt of the return package at NOCTIS .

ARTICLE 2 – TRANSFER OF RISKS
The products travel at the risk and peril of NOCTIS . The risks are transferred to the carrier at the time of transit of the products and to the customer only at the time of delivery of the products to the address indicated by the latter.


ARTICLE 3 – RECEPTION
The Customer must inform customer service of NOCTIS , by email, within three (3) days of delivery, of defects or damage noted with the carrier, in order to preserve the rights of NOCTIS against the carrier. If the procedure is respected, and if it is thus proven that the reservations are due to the fact that the package and the products are damaged, NOCTIS will issue a refund to the customer of the price paid or will make a new delivery of similar products. Packages lost by La Poste are not the responsibility of NOCTIS.
